Our Leadership
Bill Miranda, Founder A longtime community leader, author, and advocate for the arts, Bill founded Santa Clarita Arts & Cultural Center to bring people together through creativity and cultural expression. His vision and commitment guide the growth of SCARTS as a cultural home for Santa Clarita.
